The project involves the development of a building, which will include leisure and commercial uses. It aims at connecting two central building blocks in the city center, which are disconnected by the rail tracks that run between them, and heavily disrupt the flow of people. Τhe first block includes a cinema and leisure activities, whereas the second is a mix of housing, warehouse, and a large portion of unused space. There is a huge potential and need in the area to develop a cultural center which will attract interest in the area and engage local residents. Thus, this proposal includes the development of such a building, which will connect the two blocks together but will also merge the building to the urban tissue of the city. From the building block, the infrastructure of the abandoned building is maintained and reused as a place that is connected to the cultural center. It hosts entertainment activities that are diffused into infrastructure and with each other, with a vertical arrangement. The main activity is the climbing activity.
